Shipping policy

Shipping:

• Shipping is always free in Canada.
  
• Orders typically arrive within 2-8 business days. We recommend allowing a few extra days to account for possible global carrier delays.
• Orders are processed promptly and cannot be cancelled once placed. If an order has not yet shipped, limited modifications may be possible.
  

Where We Ship:

We ship to Canada and the United States, including non-contiguous U.S. states. Shipping is available to most major cities and regions across Canada.

At this time, we are unable to ship to:

• Yukon
• Northwest Territories
• Nunavut
• Certain rural or remote postal codes where carrier service is limited

International shipping rates and delivery times vary by region (typically 5-14 business days).

Customs fees, duties and taxes are not included in the shipping charges and are the recipient's responsibility.
